I am unable to post links or videos

I tried posting a link and to other people it said only admins are allowed to see. I used the video button then put the link in and it said flash, (insert), (insert), (insert) to other people. Help? I'm past the initial 7 days also.

There have been plenty of times when I was not able to see people's sigs, or pictures, and links. I hope this problem is fixed soon.

I wonder whether it was shokio that did the coding for this site or he used outside help and resources.
